Here is a FAVORITE summer recipe - Our version of tacos!  This lettuce wrap recipe is so YUMMY and completely OK while on the hCG diet phase!!!

INGREDIENTS

3oz Lean Ground Beef (96% lean or higher)

Minced Garlic

Minced Onion

Chili Powder

Cayenne Pepper

Cumin

Fresh Lettuce Leafs

 

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:

Fresh Cilantro

Fresh Tomatoes

Lime

 

In frying pan, cook ground beef completely.  Add following ingredients to taste - minced garlic, minced onion, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin. 

Add 2 T water and simmer down to desired consistency.

Spoon into lettuce leafs.  We like to garnish with fresh cilantro and fresh tomatoes. 

For an added burst of flavor, squeeze fresh lime on top!
